These Terms (“Terms”) cover all bookings and use of Philly Podcast Space, LLC (“PPS,” “we,” “our”). By booking a session, entering the studio, or using our services, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to these Terms.

1) Booking & Arrival
- Booking confirmation: Your session is confirmed once payment is completed.
- Session time: Your booked time includes setup, recording, and wrap‑up.
- Late arrivals: If you arrive late, your session still ends at the scheduled time (late arrival reduces recording time).
- Entry: Entry instructions will be provided before your session.

2) Studio Rules, Cleanup & Damage
- Respectful conduct: Please be respectful. PPS may end a session (without refund) for unsafe, disruptive, or threatening behavior.
- No smoking/vaping: Not allowed anywhere in the building.
- Food & drinks: Allowed only in designated areas and must be kept away from equipment.
- Cleanup: You must remove all trash and personal items and leave the space reasonably clean.
Cleaning & Damage Fees
- Cleaning fee: If extra cleanup is required (trash left behind, spills, etc.), a cleaning fee of $75 minimum may be charged (more if the mess requires additional time or professional cleaning).
- Damage fee: If equipment, furniture, or studio property is damaged, you are responsible for repair or replacement costs. PPS may charge the payment method on file to cover verified cleaning/damage costs.

3) Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
- No refunds: Client‑initiated cancellations are non‑refundable.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule with 48+ hours notice before your start time, subject to availability.
- Within 48 hours: Changes within 48 hours may be treated as a cancellation (no refund).
- PPS issues: If a PPS technical issue prevents recording or materially impacts your session, PPS will offer a reschedule, credit, or refund.

4) Ownership & Permission to Share (Marketing / Portfolio)
- You own your content: You own 100% of the rights to the audio and video recorded during your session.
- We don’t claim ownership: PPS does not claim ownership of your creative work.
Marketing & Portfolio Use
Unless you opt out in writing before your session, you give PPS permission to use short clips/excerpts, photos, or behind‑the‑scenes content from your session for:
- our website, social media, ads, and portfolio
- showcasing studio quality and client experiences
- No selling your content: PPS will not sell your content or claim ownership of it.
- No full episode uploads without extra permission: PPS will not publish your full episode as a standalone release without separate written permission.
- Credit: We’ll give credit where appropriate/available.
Opt‑out: You can opt out of any marketing/portfolio use by notifying us in writing before your session.

5) Texts, Emails & Promotions
By booking, you agree PPS may contact you by text/email for:
- booking confirmations
- reminders and updates
- studio info needed for your session
We may also send occasional promotional messages. You can opt out of promotional texts/emails at any time.

6) Audio Environment & Noise Reduction
We maintain a professional recording environment with live monitoring and best practices for clean audio. Because we’re in a city environment, occasional exterior sounds may occur. We use high‑quality microphones, proper mic technique, and advanced noise‑reduction / audio‑cleanup processing to reduce incidental noise and improve clarity.

7) AI‑Assisted Tools
PPS may use AI‑assisted or automated tools to help deliver services and improve the experience (for example: workflow automation, file organization, clip creation, captions/transcripts, and audio cleanup). Some features may involve processing your content using third‑party tools for the purpose of delivering the service you selected.

8) Virtual Sets & Advanced Production
Some services use advanced tools (ex: virtual sets, Unreal Engine/Aximmetry workflows, AI-assisted features). Any special production fees or requirements will be shown at booking or discussed before the session.

9) Capacity
Standard maximum occupancy is six (6) people unless approved in advance.

10) File Delivery
- Standard delivery is typically within 5–7 business days (unless a specific package states otherwise).
- Expedited delivery may be available as an add‑on.
- Same‑day copy may be available if you bring a compatible drive/device (availability varies).

11) Client Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring your content follows all laws (copyright, privacy, defamation, etc.). You agree to hold PPS harmless from claims based on content you record or provide.

12) Acceptance
Booking a session or entering the studio means you agree to these Terms.
